You get a lot for your money.

Extremely happy with the Cove system. I bought it through Costco.com and got a great price. When the system arrived, I was amazed at the variety and number of sensors included. It had everything, flood/ freeze sensors, smoke sensor, window and door sensors, glass break sensor, motion sensors (that work on body heat), even a medical alert/ panic button. Also, four remotes. (The most I’ve gotten with other systems was two.) All the sensors and remotes are more substantial than those from other systems I’ve had in the past. These feel really robust, and of exceptional quality. Spoke with customer service to ask a couple questions, and was very impressed. The customer service reps are knowledgeable, articulate, and very courteous. I’ve recommended the system to several colleagues without hesitation. I ordered additional sensors to expand the system, which I received promptly and were well packaged. Programming the sensors is so easy. I was up and running in a matter of minutes.

I ordered Cove, and although the logistics of the system did not work out for me and my location, the customer service was incredible! Chase helped me with the return and was polite and professional during the discussion and correspondences. I was very impressed by the integrity and promptness of everyone at Cove! Even though it did not work out for me, I highly recommend this product!

Needed copy of proof of monitoring and with in 2 minutes had it in my email. I have used Cove for 8 months with no problems and the few times I have set it off response has been with in seconds. I highly recommend Cove.

I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received from Clay . I installed my Cove alarm system and had several questions so I called customer service. The wait time was only about a minute until I was connected with Clay. Clay was very polite pleasant and patient and answered my questions thoroughly so I was up and operating in no time. She was even able to place an order for me for 3 additional sensors. A+ for Alarm system and A+ for service. Thank you Cove and thank you Clay.

Clay in technical support was very knowledgeable and helpful with an installation problem that created. Before purchasing system I called a couple times with questions and was able to get questions answered by very knowledgeable staff with very short hold times, a real plus! Ordered a system and it arrived a day earlier than expected. Ten window, five motion, two heat / freeze, one water sensors and a remote. Other than the sensor I created, installation was seamless and fast. It is wonderfully engineered! Have had and used professionally installed major brand systems in the past. The Cove system is every bit equal if not better than the other systems and a much lessor price. This company is great.

I ordered COVE on a Friday, and received on Sunday. The set up was self explanatory and easy, however, don't hesitate to call customer care for help. Experienced a minor issue today and customer service was very helpful, phenomenal. They are ready and eager to help resolve any issue you may have. Customer service is phenomenal! I love how energetic the representative one, not to mention patient! He walked me through the whole set up and answered all my questions for me. I am new to cove so far its been great . I know my wife feels safer so thats a big plus . I have called customer service a few time and they all were very nice and helpful I recommend getting them the cost is inexpensive for what you get .
