Super helpful!

Had a small glitch with one of my sensors late at night. I spoke to Lois and she was very helpful, comforting and informative. She walked me through getting my sensor up and running again and then checked to make sure everything else was running smoothly. I appreciated the chat feature so I could fix my problem while my family was sleeping. Thank you!

Affordable, Great quality, Easy to install, Great customer service!

Their pricing and products are pretty good for the money for the most part. Offering the option to pay a portion of the equipment price if you keep their service for 3 years. One downside, other companies offer doorbell camera's. Cove does not. Other companies also offer you to buy signs and stickers with your order for a decent price. Cove does not. $15 dollars for a sign and $5 for shipping. That's more than some of their sensors! Also, I was unaware of some cities and counties requiring a permit to have an alarm system. Mainly to make people aware of the consequences of "false alarms" and wasting the police time. Lucky, my city and county does not require one. I received an email AFTER my purchase saying I might need to get a permit and where I should send a copy to Cove. This should be mentioned before your purchase. Installed Cove security system yesterday! I am pretty impressed with the equipment. Everything is really good quality! It's heavy in the hand does feel like cheap materials. Install is pretty easy for the most part. The window and door sensors werent numbered so you had to kind of guess and put them out. After figuring out the numbering of the windows and door it goes smooth. The 3m tape on the back of the sensors isn't the greatest. I've had a couple fall off the windows, so I had to install with screws. The security panel is really attractive and easy to use. Also, customer service is super nice and helpful! And I believe they were American not Indian lol.......thankfully. Great product Cove! Make a Camera doorbell please!

The gentelman Mr.Rolamd was super amazing. He showed so much empathy for my situation and truly went out his way to make me feel safe. When I started the call I was confused and truly embarrass about a number of errors with my system due to me being hospitalized doing this pandimic. So a family friend stayed at my home. At the point in time a lot of things where moved and not in place. But he made me feel as if that was the lightest problem he's ever encountered. So I instantly felt better. Wow it's customer service like this that makes me wanna stay with Cove as well as bring my family and friends. Mr.Roland your a very generous individual. New panel/system install

New panel/system install. Had problems with panel communicating with Cove. Roland was fantastic in helping me through this. Truly was helpful and considerate. I wish I would have had Roland the day before when I was asked to "give it 24 hours and see if it works". It was Roland's persistence that solved my issues. I cannot thank him enough. Great job.

I needed a new front lawn sign

I contacted cove after about 8 months of successful service to ask if they could send me a new front lawn sign because mine broke. Customer service was very kind and I will be receiving a new one in the mail shortly. Thank you Cove!

Good product, great customer service

I installed my system two weeks ago. As a senior security professional I appreciated the opportunity to design my own system based on my own personal vulnerability assessment. All home security systems are made up of consumer grade plastic sensors and Cove's sensors are just as good as any other company I've experienced - only cheaper. Alarm systems can be fickle - they consist of wireless sensors transmitting over distances in various environmental conditions. Cove's systems are no different and several times I needed to contact customer service. I found the service to be patient and helpful. In each case they stayed with me until the issue was resolved. I had one sensor that arrived damaged from rough handling by the shipper - not Cove's fault. The sensor set off several false alarms and each time I was impressed with the rapid and multi-faceted approach of the alarm monitoring station. Cove quickly replaced the sensor under warranty with an even more impressive piece of equipment. Overall I am very impressed and satisfied at this stage of my customer experience. I probably saved $2,500 or more and got the system I wanted.
