This is the by far the best security system on the market in my opinion. I had a fase alarm and the Cove team are so quick to respond. As a long time Customer Service Manager Cove's team are true leaders in customer support and service. Their staff help make the company GREAT! I would add Maigne the customer service attendant who assisted me to my team without hesitation! With a lifetime warranty on all their products how can you go wrong?

I love my new Cove Alarm System. It was easy to setup and the customer service is 5 Star. It could not be better. I had my last service for 16 years. I became dissatisfied when the company went under new management. I'm only sorry I did not find Cove sooner.

Maligne was a delight to help me finish setting up my system which was easy to install. She was very patient with me due to the fact I am not technically aware. She took me step by step and helped me complete set up and testing. Now I am content that our home is protected. I am going to get cove systems for both of my daughters and I’ll sleep even better knowing the are safe also.

I recently purchased a home security system from Cove which was an upgrade from an older system. The ease of install and value made it a no brainer. An initial glitch required a replacement part. On my first call I spoke with a customer service rep named Logan who couldn't have been better. My follow up call was with Lyn who went out of her way to make sure that my item was ordered and promptly followed up with me to let me know when it shipped. I highly recommend Cove!!!!

Kudos to Kate! As a new COVE customer, I had some questions about the system setup. I was fortunate to speak to Kate today and she was amazing! She answered all of my questions and helped me to better understand the COVE product and system. As a life and health agent since 1984, an editor and professional musician, I have interacted with all types of people in my careers. I know what good customer service is and I can tell when an employee is sincere. Kate epitomized great customer service, confidence and patience with grace as she answered every one of my questions and helped me to get my security system properly set up. One of the things that totally impressed me is that when I asked her a question she was unsure about, she didn't try to bluff me with a meaningless answer; rather, she asked me to hold for a minute and she came back on the line with the answer. She was very professional, yet just the right amount of "friendly." In my opinion, if Kate is up for a promotion or a pay raise, she unequivocally has my vote. Great Customer Service

I contacted Cove in the middle of the night because I did not receive a camera. To my surprise, I received an email from an actual person soon after. My camera was on it's way a short time later. I have never dealt with a company that immediately replies to email, let alone in the middle of the night.

awesome set up support

The gentle man that help me set up my system was very patient I say this cause I had my child hollering in the bag ground every five minutes while I was trying to get set up. He told me to go ahead and take care of my child that was a priory. I thought that was awesome for someone to say that and the cared five stars hands down!

We were looking for a security system…

We were looking for a security system for our house in the mountains. Simple, yet complete were two of the requirements. And COVE even provided a third benefit - cost. It was very easy to order and install. And when one of the sensors was not quite operational, they quickly sent a replacement - no questions asked. We've had it operational for a couple of weeks and it provides great peace of mind. And it WAS NOT even close to the costs of other systems we investigated. We're very happy and have already recommended Cove to friends.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience! Installing the sensors was very easy and did not require tools. Best of all is the customer service. I did call twice and both customer service representatives we're very professional, courteous and patient. They were the best! Thank you Nathan and Keith (sp?). Also, many thanks to Cove Security for a security system that is customized to our specific needs, at a price that was incredibly reasonable.

A one+ year customer

Having been a customer of a major traditional alarm company for over 20 years I found Cove to be cost affective and just as comprehensive. Installation was a breeze and customer service was second to none (I have no clue where the customer service negative comments could possibly come from/although I have not had to use the CS in over 9 months now). I am now a Cove customer for over a year. I have no major complaints. The only negative things I could point out are, the add-on hardware is a bit pricey. I do wish the monthly charge was a bit cheaper. At random times my sensors drop out but give them an hour or 2 they come back online all by themselves (this tends to happen once every 2 weeks for me, and I have around 22 sensors). My biggest complaint is the software. The console is fine. But the computer/phone and smart device interface is poor. The Alexa interface is all but unusable. Fortunately I have a keyfob remote on my keychain to turn my alarm on and off which nearly negates my need for the other controls, however some times while in bed I'd like to tell my Alexa to activate the alarm. I have expressed this to Cove and they said an update was coming. It's been a year now, I am still waiting... In short I do recommend the Cove alarm system. The expansion, price, customer service and possibilities, I feel, are beyond anything out there.

She knew the systems and even found a way to save me hundreds of dollars by ordering a new system and updating my new home! I feel so safe knowing that cove is my security system.
