New Customer, already blown away by great service!

I got the system ordered with their military program and it was delivered fast! Setup was easy even though I made some silly mistakes of my own. I decided to call cove and order additional sensors, I get my package from FedEx today and it turns out someone STOLE the sensors during delivery and all I got was a pair of socks inside the package...literally. Called customer service and Angie was QUICK to apologize and solve the situation with overnight shipping on new sensors. We’re still in our 60 day trial but as of now, Cove is a keeper.

Just put up our new system and had a small glitch with one sensor. I called customer service and got a lady named Lois and within minutes she had us back online. The system works awesome!!! The customer service is amazing! They are so kind, no matter how many times they have to explain you the same (in my case it was completely new to me) and if your alarm is triggered the call you right the way!!! I also love it keeps me posted for everything in case one of my children open a window or try to go to the backyard without permission I hear the system informing that a door or window was open! And the most awesome part is the low cost!!! Keep the good work!!!!

Monitoring capabilities + customer service

The monitoring capabilities was what convinced me to choose Cove over it's competitors. The customer service was above and beyond. I initially was unable to enter the correct shipping address, which is different from the monitoring address. Through the chat, the representative was able to change my shipping address within minutes.

Called the technical support number for assistance while setting up my new equipment. I would like to thank Kady for her patience and help while we troubleshooted a few things.
