Ms. Shon is awesome. We were on the phone to address several self inflicted issues mostly around using COVE in rental properties. The default handling of the 'customer name' does not lend itself to multiple properties under one phone number and email address. Ms. Shon took care to completely assess the questions. Decide if it were a user problem or not (was not me... really) then address in a useful way. Ms. Shon makes me sure that I have chosen correctly with COVE Security.

Great and affordable system with helpful customer care team

I purchased the equipment last week and installed in my new home. Installation is easy if you love playing with technology. Received one bad window shatter sensor and called up the customer care and was immediately sent a replacement. Had some concerns in the beginning which were resolved promptly by the team. Will definitely recommend to friends. The frequent deals on sensors is a very nice incentive offered by cove.

Need to reinstall my system but no…

Need to reinstall my system but no internet connection. First call had no success the got drop call back and the was able solve the issue. Both were kind patient friendly and professional not rushing to get off the phone they will to help me with my problem. Call was not long even though they a option for a call back which was in minutes. So many have bad experiences with this but was handle with curiosity and professional support. Thanks. Also was able to purchases so more equipment.

I had an issue when I was installing…

I had an issue when I was installing the system. I called the customer service number and an extremely helpful guy named Phil was able to trouble shoot the problem very quickly. In shipping, one of my motion sensors was missing the batteries. Phil instantly shipped me a couple batteries and then offered to help me get the rest of the system online and running. He was very nice and super informative. Thanks Phil!

I spoke to Adam, who also happens to be a trainer, and I will tell you that HE provided exceptional customer service. My previous encounters were not good, almost resulting in me canceling my service as a new customer. Adam took the time to listen and process solutions with me. Rona tried so hard to come up with the solution to the scenario of how to monitor 2 locations from Cove app. Even though she was not successful she displayed patience, determination and persistence. As compared to the previous customer service rep who simply told me that wouldn’t work Rona tried different ways and escalated to tier 2 technical support when she was not able to solve it.
