The product is great. The install was easy. Using the system is super easy. And, a Cove rep actually called me up after the installation to see how things were going. He helped me with a couple of questions I had. Way impressive.

This was very simple to get started and set-up. It walks you thru very step and it also very simple to attach the door and window sensors. I also like the fact that it tells me what door is being opened. It says this to you, you don't have to look at anything. It says Front door, Side door.

I was skeptical about being able to…

I was skeptical about being able to install the system myself. As a senior citizen, my tech skills leave much to be desired. The installation was as easy as they say it is! I was able to install the entire system in less than 30 minutes. I did have trouble installing the cameras. I called Cove support and was put through immediately! No crazy press 1 or 2 or 3. They answered immediately! I had difficulty following the tech instructions and I said I would call myself. I emailed support saying I had difficulty troubleshooting. I received an email back within a hour. The tech actually went through my call transcript and figured out the problem! I was able to immediately connect the cameras with ease. The system is great and so is the support!
