Cove has always been amazing to me I am so glad I switched from Alder to them! Alder scams their customers and Cove actually cares. Transparent and honest. Also Dhen was very helpful when my bill wasn’t on auto pay like I thought and helped explain my bill to me.

Totally my mistake. Excellent response. I even had the sheriff show up at my door. Very nice associate on the phone. Helped my with my safe word. I am so embarrassed.

Install was very easy
Install was very easy, 18 windows took less than an hr! Seems to be a pretty professional system. Time will tell how long the batteries last, but for the cost it’s hard to go wrong.

When installing my system, I accidentally mixed the sensors with the wrong doors and windows. I called technical support and spoke to "Phil". This man was very knowledgeable about the system. He also has a lot of patience and very easily talked me through the issues. He really helped me out a lot. Thanks Phil!

I just set up my system and I am very pleased with the quality of the equipment and ease of use. It was easier to install Cove than it was to install my WiFi!!! Customer service has been more than helpful and I didn’t have to wait on hold forever in order to get a live person. I would make this purchase again in a heartbeat. Definitely provides peace of mind when I leave for work knowing that my family is safe.
Also, the Rapid SOS feature was one of the deciding factors for me. If you’re thinking about buying a system; consider Cove.
