So helpful I wish every customer service agent was as helpful as dave. He has so much knowledge about the cove system and made it extremely easy for me to upgrade and make changes to my account. He is a real asset to the cove family and should be recognized for his customer service and care he gave while helping me with my call. Please do all you can to keep him with you
Cove customer service is amazing!
Cove customer service is amazing. I was having problems with the cove app on my iPhone. The associate quickly knew that the app itself is having an issue with the latest iOS update. They immediately gave me a mobile website link to use to control my system until the app can be updated. Of course, it is not Cove's fault that an iOS update caused the issue, but, the fact that they had a viable alternative to use in the interim was wonderful.

Switched from Ring to Cove after the astronomical "hided" fees from Ring. I have had nothing but success from Cove. It was easy to install, easy to set up, easy to activate, easy to pay for and easy on the pocketbook.

I called with a problem with sensors at installation. Kim went through the whole procedure, and checked everything over two more times to be sure I received the information. For a 75 year old, she came through with flying colors. She is an absolute asset to your company....Bryan

I ordered the system a month ago
I ordered the system a month ago. It was extremely easy to install and set up which is a plus! So far I’ve been pleased with the system and it’s reliability. Only a few small drawbacks. The door and window sensors should have extra sticky tape because they do have a habit of falling off. Secondly I ordered two outside cameras. One came complete according to the box contents the other was missing a battery charger, cord and an outlet adapter. Also the battery life on these cameras doesn’t last more than a month with having to be recharged. Other than those issues I am satisfied with the system

I reached out to Cove on a Sunday evening for a copy of my alarm certificate to give to my insurance agent. I fully expected to not get a response until the following Monday, maybe Tuesday. I was so glad that Charmaine got back to me within 5 minutes of me sending the email. I have had Cove for about a year and I'm so happy with the customer service always.
