I want to commend Reyna for helping me to set up my cove system. I had installed my motion detectors before l read the instructions so Reyna instructed me to go to each detector with my cove touch panel to activate them. Since l had 6 detectors, it took a few minutes to go to each detector, but Reyna stayed on the line with me throughout the whole process. I really appreciate Reyna's going beyond the call to help me.

I drove an 18 wheeler for 15 years before I retired and bought this little house in Jeffersonville, Indiana about 14 years ago. I had another security service during that time, but the system I had was obsolete they told me and I decided to just get another service instead. I failed to take care of the other system and batteries were not replaced timely and I didn't even use it for years although I continued to pay for service. I'm over eighty so things come slower to me and it took me a while to get motivated to install the system. Actually, I live in a place where I feel completely safe and didn't bother with the security system. Finally, I got the Cove equipment up and running and so far I'm very pleased. Frankly, the equipment seems too fragile and simple to really give many years of service. But, that may be an unfair judgment without good foundation that only time will determine. So far, I'm delighted and look forward to your service. It's so simple and easy that it undermines one's confidence to a degree. I particularly like the addition of breaking glass and flood alert devices. You staff has been especially responsive and helpful. The veteran benefit you provided is very generious. Thank you.
