So far, I am very optimistic about Cove...
Cove did not ship out all my requested equipment. I was short 1 smoke detector and 6 door sensors. I called Cove to complain and the customer service representation Grace answered the phone and quickly assisted me with the necessary items I did not receive. I also requested a refund for 2 weeks of service because I won't be able to use the system until the items arrive. Grace was very good about that as well and refunded me two weeks of service without any hassle. Cove messed up, but they corrected the situation quickly and without blame. I know companies aren't always perfect but if they correct the situation quickly and accurately, then they are an excellent company. So far my impression of Cove is very optimistic.

Great Customer Service
I spoke to Keith today because I had an alert on my control panel. He very patiently explained to me what to do to correct the situation. He also answered other questions I had about my Cove system. He is very courteous and very knowledgeable about the Cove system. I was very pleased with service I received today.

I could not connect to the app and…
I could not connect to the app and could not set up the camera. When I called the tech support I talked to Keith about the problem. He walked me through the process helping me to get it all set up. He sent me different links and made sure everything worked right. He was very professional and courteous and had it up and running quickly!

I just received my equipment from Cove. I had a question, but had not made a note of my safeword. I chatted with Clay—he obtained other information to verify my identity so that he could answer my question. He asked me if there was anything else he could help me with. I said, no. End of conversation. But then I got to thinking, what am I going to do about my safeword? So I typed, Clay, are you still there? He was! He asked a couple of more specific questions to again verify, then helped me set my passcode so he could give me my safeword. Very patient. Very thorough. Very polite. Thank you, Clay!

Pretty easy to set up
Pretty easy to set up. We still need to set up our camera, but the rest is ready to go. I love the key fob that arms & disarms the security system without having to start that timer and get out of the house in time. So far customer service has been amazing.

Big shout to Brayden!
Big shout to Brayden! About two days ago my panel was not connecting so I called customer service and was told that I don't have signal in my area. I was told to either self monitor or return the system. Yesterday out of the blue Brayden hits me up and tells me that he might have an idea as to why my panel is not connecting. He figure it out and he helped me through my whole process of setting up my system. He was polite, courteous and patient. Very satisfied with my cove alarm system. I appreciate all the help Brayden.

Cove has not only meet my needs but exceeded them. I am in the law enforcement and private security industry so I have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Cove's products are durable yet sleek and modern, their very reliable and easy to use/install, function amazingly with extremely rapid response from the monitoring station. Cove is simple and does not use long wordy, agreements that cannot be understood and commit you for years to a price that grows each year. Very reasonable pricing for equipment and services. Lastly, their customer service team has always been amazing. They truly are knowledgeable and care so they go the extra mile to assist and are very patient. I recently used an agent named Clay on their webchat to inquire on the new camera configuration before purchasing and he was beyond phenomenal and knowledgeable. He was professional and maintained patience with all of my inquires. Thanks Clay and Cove Smart you receive 5+++++ stars

5 STARS OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE by Carlito!!!
Since I received the Cove unit, my camera & remote has never worked; Setting up the panel was relatively easy, no problem, but setting up the camera was another issue. I tried it on Mothers day and decided to call your service for help after trying on my own for almost an hour. Your rep also had issues and told me it doesn't support 5G, that I would have to call my carrier and reduce it to half it's capacity. My internet service and the only one in Newark, NJ is Optimum and I had a nightmare with them to get it fixed bc their customer service is awful so downgrading was not an option so I gave up. Nonetheless, I still had the remote to deal with, Mr. Carlito was awesome from beginning to end. He showed me how to activate it, it never was nor did I dare venture trying on the panel in fear I'd set or offset the system and just thought, it's probably faulty. He did so but I figured I'd give the camera another shot just in case the previous rep was probably not versed enough to walk me thru; He, Carlito, showed me clearly he was very versed bc he knew exactly what to do and try next. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was saintly patient...We tried even using another app to somehow bypass the 5G issue, (he waited until I downloaded the app, set it up with password and on the two times setting up going thru all the prompts), it almost worked, but then it didn't and this young man instead of sighing, or giving me a sense of frustration, it was almost an hour into my call, he asks me if I wanted to try again!!! Unheard of, I was the one frustrated and felt bad having him so patiently trying to make it work, but I said no, but I just had to tell his supervisor his AWESOME customer service which now a days is rare to find. I did not sense any frustration on his part, but instead, a willingness to help someone like me who gets by on todays technology so I have to let the higher ups know, HE IS TRULY AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY OR OTHER bc it's not a one time service on his end, it's just his demeanor, professionalism, dedication and just purely a good Soul. Please keep him and place him up there where he can receive the pay that he is worthy of. God Bless him and thank you for his service at Cove's.

Seriously Easy and Seriously Secure!
Seriously Easy and Seriously Secure! We set up the system in less than 20 minutes and absolutely love the peace of mind it provides! My wife and I particularly like the key fobs and the app that allows us to check in on things when we're gone and secure our system when we forget to.

New customer 5/2021
New customer 5/2021. Just left another company I had for many years; they were past terrible in service, billing,never there during weekends, after hours. Found cove on line and built up my system and ordered. Few days later I got it and installed-simple. Had pass code and a few other problems. Called support and was given Danzel to help. Danzel made it simple by putting thing in and eazy to understand terms. I am up and running..
