Jovie was extremely professional and very knowledgeable and has such a cheerful personality! It helped decrease my frustration! She was able to diagnose my issues and helped me connect my panel again. I have had a lot of frustration getting the equipment to work since I started using cove. But to be honest it is representatives like Jovie that keep me staying a cove customer. You guys have great customer service and in this case Jovie was amazing.

When it came to customer service, I would definitely wish to get Mark on the line Mark was patient, professional and very understanding. He was extremely helpful offered numerous solutions without getting frustrated when one solution was not a success. He was determined to get me back online and kept telling me not to worry because he would solve my issue. He did. Mark is definitely a keeper. You need more employees like him.
