They walked me through each step clearly and made sure all my concerns were resolved before ending the call. When the issue could not be fully fixed, they made the process very easy by offering a simple return for the device and quickly arranging a replacement unit. My screen went out and they jumped into action to make sure I was covered and pleased with my service. The service person told me call me personally when you are ready. Listen I had business for the next two days and forgot to call. When I did call Mark was there but busy helping another customer his team said we don't want you to wait due to it may take him longer than we thought let me walk you through the setup and he did made sure I was satisfied with everything wish me a great rest of the day and we hung up. Said that to say this: Customer service is Great and I don't mine letting others know it. If you have a problem they fix it day or night and make sure you are pleased. No attitude, no games, just great service and customer service who go the last mile. Thank you Cove!

every time i called during the installation processi Iwaited for less than40 seconds and I called over 20 times. each time I spoke to the technician I spent over 10 minutes and they were very very patient polite listened without interruption and resolved all my issues. it is a shame they do not advertise like ADT, Brinks, simplisafe... they are terrible and the only advice i would give cove make yourselves noted on tv,...
