Dominick Is An Asset

Dominick was helpful. They solved the issue with minimal time. The only thing I possibly would suggest is to increase the wait time with scripted responses to help the customers’ experience. I didn’t mind it, but some people want to feel like they’re receiving special individualized services and not like they’re another number a part of a redundant , cyclic system. I took it as Dominick being caring & efficient at his job, but others may not.
