My experience was great. I appreciate it Dominick's help very much. He answered all my questions and shared what Manuel discounts they could make for equipment. Plus quickly adjust my credit applying it to November. Cove is so good and the equipment is so great I only wish I would have bought more equipment at that 70% off discount when I signed up. That's my only regret. That's on me LOL. Again Dominick I have to give him five stars again. I so appreciate his support, , professionalism and depth of knowledge to quickly help me out. I try to get people to consider enrolling in Cove but that's very difficult. I know they would love it if they just try it. Thank you, Tim Donovan

I received help setting up my sensors and my key fob from Mary Grace. I made the mistake of putting them too far apart! I couldn’t get the key fob to work, so she shipped another one to me immediately. I saw this security system all over the internet and I wasn’t sure about it. Great security, easy installation

We love the piece of mind that cove gives us. I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a try. It’s very easy to install, customer service is great and it works just as well as a professionally installed system. We get notifications and calls and law enforcement is in route very quickly when the alarm is set off. You make a safe word in case it’s a false alarm. It comes with fobs, you can also use the app to arm and disarm. If you have pets you can put it on stay instead of away. You can disable a sensor if needed and it definitely lets you know if a battery needs changed or there is a malfunction. We have had our cove system for a few years now and I would recommend it to anyone

I almost disconnected my service!

After dealing with equipment problems for over a month now James was great at finally getting me back up and running. He was very patient and most helpful than the previous rep I spoke today. He actually waited on the line to make sure my replacement equipment was working/connected. He really cares about his job and making sure Cove doesn’t loose customers. Give him a raise!!!!
