About three weeks ago, my name is Ricardo Trinidad. I bought the cold system for My House. I was very upset with one of the customer service which I regret. I wrote a bad review about one of the employees and one of the managers call me back. I don’t know if I’m allowed to say the name but I’m not gonna say the name they were very professional that help me completely. They walk me through the whole way they help me program the system I am very happy and I recommend the system and I call back and I apologise to them for me reacting the way I did and writing the review that I wrote before but I do recommend this system for your house

Amazing customer service.

So I just received my system and the customer service representative was wonderful and patient. He walked me through all the steps and encouraged me. I kept feeling like I didn’t know what I was doing. He would have me take a step back and try again. As a single mom, making sure my home feels safe for my child is priceless and I am grateful for such superb customer service. I am just starting with you guys, so I hope this service will be consistent. Thank you.

I had a problem with my panel and got a message stating I needed to call tech support which I did. The first person (I believe Chris??) was very confused, said the problem was in Cove side, then kept saying there were so many questions and asked if he/she could call me back. My phone didn’t let the call through so I called back. The person got (I’m sorry I missed her name) was wonderful, did some troubleshooting and got me up and back online very quickly. Thank you to my second cove rep. I think the first one I spoke to probably needs a little more training.

False Alarms w/CO Sensors

I was able to express my concerns with my system, and the issues were resolved satisfactorily. I learned that my old panel was not compatible with the new sensors.
