I liked the person who helped us set up our sensors remotely so that we wouldn't have to uninstall them and reinstall them. I am not surprised but upset non the less that your design team didn't follow the same template for screws from the first generation display for the wall mount bracket. Thanks for making me drill new holes in my wall... I want the eufy 360 outdoor cameras that they sell to work with the cove system. ps one of my indoor eufy cameras works but the other does not since we upgraded our system.
Update 12/01/25. Nick with cove helped me get my camera connected after I upgraded my system. Guess there was a glitch that affected others aswell. Everytjing is working now!

Representative was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable as well as patient! We installed a new hub and re-connected all sensors in a relatively short period of time. Cove has invested in phone support vs. text, and the reps are well trained, the wait time is minimal, and should prove to be a great investment. The system is working well.

Mary Jay was kind, courteous and professional. She was very helpful and able to resolve my issue. The company is lacking though in flexibility to self monitor the system. Simplisafe is designed to self monitor or to pay a monitoring fee. It would be nice if Cove would adopt this philosophy. I cannot use the app for connectivity with my system unless I pay a monthly fee. Your competition does not require this.
