Cove's representative was genuinely committed to resolving my problem. Although the cause turned out to be a hardware problem he could not overcome, he did not lack for trying. Ultimately, he arranged replacement hardware to solve the problem.

Customer Service experience with Bryan

Bryan was the rep who assisted me today and was very kind and helpful. I was having issues last night with cameras, of course today none since I was calling about it …. but he still stayed on the phone with me for an hour to make sure all my devices were properly connected until I was done. He addressed the issue with my panel screen showing camera image poorly and placed a ticket for that issue being he couldn’t resolve it being its a company wide issue for the moment. He also advised me what I need to do with my internet provider in order to get my doorbells connected too. He addressed the issue with ordering I had with the missing panel cord and has one being sent to me, and he also made sure I got the return label I had yet to get for the extra hub I received from the order mix up.

My experience with Chris

Chris knew what he was doing and help me get my system working when the last representative said it would work at all .He helped me get my panic buttons set up which I have had for over a year and useless cause no one else knew how to connect them. He did a great job !!!

Mary Grace was able to help me get logged into my Cove account at 12:45am. I was in a panic trying to get logged in after being logged out and she gracefully helped me login and then helped me change my username to something I am more familiar with. A very good overall customer service experience for me!
