The rep did an exceptional job of crediting my equipment balance the amounts I was promised as a monthly credit, as well as, the amount I was due for having set-up autopayments under a bank draft vs my credit card. Back in January, I received an email promising a $25 credit for changing to bank draft for billing from Feb - July, 2025, which I did but never received this credit. As well, I did not received the usual monthly $5 credits for 3 months in 2025. So, while the rep investigated and solved the issue promptly, I dislike feeling as though I must now go behind Cove to ensure I, as a customer, am receiving credits that have been offered as incentives but never received. I am hoping this is just an oversight for these few occurrences but I will continue to check the portal from here on to make sure.
