Front door open error

My alarm kept showing my front door was open even though it was closed and locked. Jess asked for a picture of the door and found the problem. She suggested I move the sensors to a different location on the door and it worked. I really appreciated her time and patience.

The product is very easy and very inexpensive to purchase...much lower than if comparable individual items were purchased elsewhere. Setting up the system you want online is fun and couldn't be easier. Ordering is simple and shipping is faster than I ever expected. The system and components are very straightforward and simple to install by just following the prompts given on the control panel, once that is installed. I needed customer service assistance to figure out how to do a couple of things I would have seen had I bothered to read through the online manual. Customer service is done via online chat and is virtually instant. At one point I decided to return the video doorbell I ordered after deciding that I actually didn't need this so I went on the chat bot and was referred to a customer sales service rep, Mary Joy who provided immediate, concise and clearly communicated help taking less than a minute. Problem solved. Very helpful and professional company and in every aspect and a wonderful experience all the way around!

High quality and affordable system coupled with top-tier customer support

My system arrived very well packaged with very detailed instructions, allowing me to get set up and going with a whole-house system in about 30 minutes. I had an issue with my touch panel and one of their reps Dominick was able to very quickly help me and fully resolve my issue in minutes. The system works perfectly is of high quality for an incredibly affordable price, and all of their support staff are highly professional and knowledgeable.
