I took 3 long calls to set up 2 cameras. The last one, Michael, was the one that helped the most after I went through all the steps and hurdles with the previous agents. The system needs a better way to communicate with the customer and tell us what you expect. Just a good video would be much better than having to call several times and get information piece by piece

Never been disappointed!

First off, customer experience is always great. Secondly, the warranty on one of my outdoor camera's had expired and the device was no longer functional, the customer service rep on the phone with me, Jess, helped get me a deal to replace the device at a very minimal cost. This isn't my first good experience but it definitely helped tip the scale for me. Before this, two sensors were triggering the system and those were replaced at no cost to me.

I didn’t have an ounce of idea how it works billing , passwords and all. He also presented to me the new system, the use of solar devices . Excellent Customer Service

I called the Cove customer service line because I accidentally placed an order for a replacement fob without realizing I had equipment credit. I spoke with Mark and explained the issue, and he was able to quickly cancel my order and refund my card. Once he completed my request he walked me through how to place an order online using my account credit. I've used Cove for years and am a satisfied customer - up until today I haven't had a need to reach out to their customer service. The fact that I was easily able to find a number to call and speak with a human representative - especially one as helpful as Mark - is another reason why I will continue to use Cove now and in the future.

Fritz listened to my question about…my cameras not recording.

Fritz listened to my question about buying the correct sd card for my cameras. He sent me a link via email to Amazon where I could purchase the sd card. I told him it has been very hard to find a mini sd that will fit into my cameras. I mentioned I wasn't able to use my cameras except in live mode since I received them. He told me that I dont need an sd card to record. He told me to go into my camera and update the firmware. Then make sure all of the toggles on the motion detection were on. It worked! This was the one negative about the Cove system I have found. It was just user error. Fritz was very patient with me and really wanted to solve my problem and he did. Now I am even more happy with my decision to purchase Cove.
