Excellent customer service and add-ons that saved me a lot of money. You have the most economical and reliable system hands down. I had so many Cove support employees texting calling and emailing me to make everything come together flawlessly. I definitely found the right security service available in my area.
So far Cove has been smooth
So far Cove has been smooth. I never have to call about any issues, I only call to inquire about some promotions they have to see if it applies to me as an existing customer. And for the most part they assist me in getting what I want, which is great. I did notice the monthly fee go up from the initial amount they quoted me when I first got the service. But it’s not as major as other security companies, so I’m not that worried.

I have called to cancel me subscription due to issues with the app, outdoor and indoor cameras installation and the increase cost of the monthly subscription and was offered a low monthly subscription rate, a new outdoor camera and was able to installed both cameras. Thank you Cove for great customer service!!
