My Cove system has been one I can trust!

My Cove system has been one I can trust. It just works great. On the rare occasions an issue does occur, the Cove team is quick to get it fixed. I had an issue tonight that was more a user understanding issue than a Cove system issue and Mary Grace as very patient, understanding and quickly helped me understand the system. Just chatted with Joseph to get a monitoring certificate for my insurance company. No problem. Got it immediately and have forwarded to our agent. Then I remembered a noteworthy event that really deserves comment. Last month our alarm went off in the middle of the night. I got up to check the system and saw the water leak sensor had tripped. My wife is calling from the back of the house, "I hear water running." I had plumb forgotten about the flood sensor we had laid on the floor beside the hot water tank. We caught the problem before any water damage occurred and got the tank shut down. Thank you cove.
