I love Cove security system

I love Cove security system! It is half the price of the others and just as good or better. I feel so safe in my house with Cove because it will tell me when any door or window in my house is open. It was so easy to install and easy to use. I recommend Cove to everyone.

Customer service experience on day of installation.

Customer service has been very supportive during installation. I talked with three customer service folks. I had one bad window sensor as delivered so waiting on a replacement. They said 5 to 12 business days which is longer than I would have liked. The main alarm delivery took much less than this so hopefully it will arrive sooner. The replacement sensor arrived in a week. It turned out the installation was the problem. The window frame and the surround were 0.25" different in thickness and the magnet could not close the sensor. A spacer had to be placed under the magnet to bring it level with the sensor and then it worked. Customer service were very helpful in resolving this issue. I've only had Cove for about three weeks but very happy so far.

The representative was efficient and friendly. The only problem that I had was that I called 10/2/2023 and will have to pay for an additional month without service before my account is finalized. Strange. . . other than that I would highly recommend Cove. Easy system and easy, well-informed people to talk to over the phone.

We purchased a lodge in April. Sales service from Luenna was great. We have been enjoying it so much so far. There is tons to do - we have found the staff to be really helpful. Beautiful empty beach! Coming from London we find the food prices ok. Service in restaurants has been great - even at very bust times. We can’t wait for our trips!
