Very easy to install. Technicians help with the smoke detector install. Comes to have been my issue of not having it installed correctly with the mount.

The whole process has been better than expected. We had an issue with smoke alarm and glass break units communication. The representative on the second call was very helpful and was easy to understand. She fixed the problem completely. I'm from the Midwest and the first representative was difficult for me to understand. Lots of repeating the setup.
