After a rough start they stood behind there system and I'm very happy with it
We have a system for almost 2 weeks that only half the sensor work. The replacements were supposed to go out a week ago. The original system got here overnight. There support only seems to have a couple of people that knows what they are doing. Spoke to a supervisor on Friday who said I will have the replacement parts by end of day Sunday and still no parts. Called back and another supervisor said warehouse doesn't work on sunday. We told them if we don't have replacement parts by Tuesday at noon send us a return tag

I absolutely love this security system. It is simple to set up their customers service is great , friendly , courteous and professional . I had instances in which vandals attempted to get into my properties and they acted immediately by dispatching the police. This system is really reliable!! Thanks COVE

Amazing representatives…
The representative was very understanding about why I haven't been able to have the system installed since receiving the complete system (both shipments were on backorder & received later than originally intended by weeks & then weeks apart) as my dog had to have a surgery & I had been saving all the money I possibly could toward his vet bills & it isn't installed yet by the company that will do it partnered with Cove. Since I am disabled & not at all tech savvy, I need someone to install it for me. Each time I've called they have been amazing & made it very easy to assist me with any questions or changes.
