Our sliding door was not connected and did not beep when open your tech fixed asap. Cove is great price is right and service excellent. We did a bbobbo a month ago and had alarm set to away we opened door be accident and took to long to put password in. The alarmed sounded I got at my husband got a call and our son about the alarm was in alarm. Boy was that fast less then 1 minute and cove was calling us I feel safe with Cove. THANK YOU
