I have never had any kind of system before but I can sincerely say I do feel safer. I plan on traveling and wanted my home protected while I was away. I did have a professional install it and I'm glad I did. I have a large house with 9 entrance doors, lots of glass and windows. I also like having the flood sensors. One incident alone could pay for the entire system! I'm not a terribly techy person but this system is even easy for me. I highly recommend!!

It was easy to set up with the help of tech support. It works as advertised and so far I have had no issues. I got a follow up call as well to make sure that I didn’t need anything else. When it was inadvertently activated I got a call and they remotely deactivated it.

I have no access to a printer.

I did not have access to a printer. COVE emailed me two Return Labels so I could ship the two panels back that were inoperable. I do not have a printer. Fed Ex was unable to print the labels off for me.. this left me very dissatisfied with Cove. After writing a one star review, and having called cove twice for a resolution, a cove manager called me and said they would go ahead and mail my labels to me, realizing that sometimes there are special exceptions with helping customers. I was offered a credit on my bill. I did have to reach out to someone across town who had already helped me with my labels but in the event that they somehow aren’t scannable, cove has agreed to resolve my issue by mailing the return labels to me. It shows me they truly care. I didn’t have to choose cove. And I didn’t appreciate being told by customer service that they were unable to mail the return labels in paper form as that was not an option. Thank you cove for your willingness to help me out. I have revised my original review. Thanks Cove.

A very relaxing week! Warm and welcoming.

Just spent a very relaxing week at Argyle holidays Drimsynie in a Pharmagen hot tub lodge. Our visit was a break away to celebrate two birthdays and an anniversary. Because of the dog friendly approach, our two wee yorkies were able to enjoy the scenery and walks along the beach also, which was great! I was very impressed with the full experience and will definitely be returning. Special thanks to Graeme and the reception team who went above and beyond to make the stay special. Everything was ready for check in and the reception team were so friendly and welcoming. We received the keys, a map and some information and a little welcome bag for the dogs(a really nice touch). We drove up to the lodge which had plenty parking space and really great views down the loch. The Lodge was very warm, clean and tidy with all you could need. A TV in each bedroom and smart TV in the livingroom. WiFi if needed although we got 4G (with faster speeds than Glasgow). Each room had a little toiletry set and the kitchen had a small box with tea, coffee, washing up liquid and tea towels. The showers were a good size and great pressure. The kitchen had all you could need. Plates, glasses, utensils, pots and even a dishwasher. Stepping out on to the decking and the view from the hot tub was spectacular. We had dinner in the restaurant a couple of the nights and the food, service and quality was good. Looking forward to returning soon.
