While my experience this evening was highly frustrating because I had to call 4 times and felt like I was told multiple different things from different people, I am rating Kim 5 stars because she helped me so much. She has a very calming voice, first of all. But most importantly; she immediately knew what the problem was (the sensors I had were not compatible with the new panels we had received). She ordered the new sensors we needed at no cost, assured me she would prioritize the shipping, and gave us an account credit. Kim did what she could to resolve an issue she didn’t create, and I am thankful for her knowledge, expertise, and patient help.

My call was answered quickly with no wait time. The representative Ariel helped me very quickly and had the right solution. There was a lot of noise in the background, but he was easy to understand and stayed focused on the call even though people around him were distracting. Ariel has great customer service!
