I was able to get so much equipment and have it all monitored for just a couple dollars more per month than my old monitoring system. I love being able to arm and disarm from my cell phone before opening my door instead of having to run to my control panel. I also can view my camera on my phone, which I couldn't do with my old system.
I love it so much, I am buying a second unit for another condo.

I do not know who wrote any review using my account but I will review cove. I am pleased with it. I think they truly do try to do the best job and make customers feel important to them. I find them patient and helpful. I sometimes wish they were easier to understand but I think they do a good job. I had terrible intrustions to my home and the people who did it left me feeling frightened, confused and desperate, but I think my security system with cove is good. I wish the set up was not outsourced (the Hellotech I think just want to collect money and do not care to follow up.) But maybe cove will soon have their own tech people, because there is nothing like direct contact that is the best. This is now my real review, Gina Thomas
