It was a great experience working with Ram on setting up my cameras. He had to do some magic on his end to get the configurations done on keypad, phone app and others. He was on point at every step and didn't waste any time asking too many questions. He also took some of my feedback on the app and install expereinces for internal folks.

Ram made this day's problems with COVE acceptable and pleasant. Extremely helpful and is familiar with what the problems that I had. Ram was extremely helpful in solving my problems. The first person I spoke with 2 nights back was argumentative with for over 2 hours and 15 minutes. At the end, she apologized. The photos I sent her was explaining a corner and she could only see the specific area as flat and not in 3D as I was explaining clearly. That one was out of her league but RAM was sharp and a normal person who cared about my satisfaction.
New to Cove... so far so good!
