Nick was such a help! I was angry and frustrated, but he calmed me. He was patient and understanding, and the issue was resolved. He was kind enough to tell me to call him anytime I am having an issue. He sincerely cares.

She has the patience of a god. i am in my 80's and have trouble moving around the house doing what had to be done for the installation, but she made it easy for me to do what was needed to be done. Bless her heart!
It's been a rough start with equiptment…
It's been a rough start with equiptment malfunctions. All the customer service and tech people were very understanding and knowledgable. However, the very first tech had diagnosed that it was the hub. The 2nd tech said she was new and probably didn't know what to do. He was wrong. The third tech, Ram has completed my service with now replacing my touch pad and now my hub as well as giving me credit for all the trouble I've gone through. Bravo Ram

I can't remember the girl's name but she was awesome I had spoke with someone previously about 10 days or so ago and he told me that the items were no good after speaking with her she was able to get my old ones back up and working thank you you did a great job

It seems to be a bit more flushed out than the original Cove app. I have more options and that allows to set my preferences better. It unfortunately doesn't work with my old camera but when I was on the call where I asked about this I think there was a miscommunication because this was news to me. However, after a subsequent call I got I got a substantial deal on another outdoor camera.
