Cove Customer & Technical Support Reps are excellent listeners and are honest regarding technical limitations to Cove hardware and software issues. Easy to work with and I expect improvements and suggestions to be implemented in the near future. I would suggest including the Smartphone application in your Basic service until then as most Customers will expect the ability to make changes without constantly calling Cove. Again, excellent Service and the Cove Team has been very understanding of my constructive criticism...
I love this system
I love this system! The smart technology is amazing especially if someone messes with a sensor and let's you know what door or sensor has been moved by the system. I feel so safe with this system compared to old time alarm systems.
Plus its portable so if I move its convenient to take with me!

I purchased my Cove security system about 2 weeks ago. I have been on the phone countless times with many people trying to help me figure out how to get the red motion sensing lights to turn off on my motion sensors. Was just about to give up when I called in and spoke to Desiree today about the current status of my extra sensors ordered as I never received a receipt in my email. She advised me there was some delay due to Labor Day. I understood. She then verified my order for the additional sensors. After reviewing, I found out that the order was wrong after it had been placed and already paid for. She quickly corrected it and now, although delayed, I will get all the correct sensors I ordered.
Once done with that, she asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I said yes and I asked her about my motion sensors all being red one more time. She tried many steps and then placed me on a brief hold several times only asking if it was okay to do so first. What customer service!!
We tried everything and then eventually we got them all to work with the red lights not on at all once the system sensed motion, but was not armed. FINALLY!!!!
We even got disconnected and she called me right back. She couldn't get me so she left a message for me to text her back once I was ready to talk. After texting her, she called right back and we concluded setting up my system.
I spent well over an hour, if not two combined, with Desiree. She is super intelligent, quick witted, fun to talk to, and completed my buying experience with extreme professionalism. Now my system is active and working perfectly. The thing that really got me was that when I asked her if she had a motion sensor on her desk...she said yes!! How can you explain a product to a new client without having a sample or example of it in front of you to see exactly what the customer is asking of you.
I am a graduate from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Marketing. I own my own automobile appraisal company, and have done so for many years. I am well aware of what it takes to deliver great customer service and continue to deliver it day in and day out. Desiree even quoted me a practice that she follows which I wholeheartedly endorse. That is to put yourself in the customer's shoes and that you are not satisfied until they are. No matter what, or how long it takes.
Cove gets all 5 stars from me after this experience. I believe Desiree should get 10!! Desiree went above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion. I have already told my neighbor next door about it. I will tell many others in the near future.
Please take the time to appreciate and acknowledge Desiree for a super fine job well done indeed. Awesome customer experience here.

I have been very pleased with every interaction I have had with Cove. Each representative has been professional and willing to answer all of my questions. The system was easy to install, setup, and use. I’m so happy with the security system, I’m expanding it to include the smoke, heat, and freeze detection. I am excited for the outdoor cameras-coming soon!
A Simple and Easy Process With Excellent Customer Service!
A simple and easy way to select a security system. The customer service representative was helpful and very patient as I kept waffling back and forth on my selections. I look forward to setting up the system in my home. A great added feature was my being able to have the sensors preset prior to delivery. This should make installation fast and uncomplicated.

Great Experience thus far...
To-date I have had no issues with the System and am very happy with the quality of both the Equipment AND the IMMEDIATE response from the Monitoring Staff when Sensors have gone off.
Today, I was cleaning my Bathroom and wiped down my Flood Sensor with a Damp Cloth (Stupid) and the System immediately went off and within a shear few seconds, Monitoring Staff called me to let me know and I assured them all was well.
Everyone has different experiences based on a range of factors, but as for me...I am very, very pleased with this Company.

I spoke with multiple people this morning and they were all pleasant to deal with! We had a situation earlier today where someone entered into our property without our consent, cove called (I missed the calls) so they dispatched the police! Cove is awesome and I don’t think I’ll ever go with another system! ❤️
Customer service saves reputation in solid form
Customer service saves the day. I was contacted directly and had a new panel sent. They set up every device in my house remotely which saved me climbing up and down ladders all over again. No band aids, no waves of new devices to install, just a direct replacement of the panel and excellent communication on their part. Jasmine was genuine, patient, and decisive in solving this matter and it honestly could not have been handled better by anyone. If higher ups in corporate are reading this you need to keep her a part of your team forever; you do not ever want to lose someone this talented with people.
Old Review:They literally sent me a defective setup from day one. Have been attempting to band aid it with replacement motion sensors and glass alarms that just cause different issues. False alarms constantly without any reason with the glass break sensors. The motion sensors won't sync with the panel period, and even customer support is clueless as to why. They even lied to me about giving me a month of free service for my troubles; they charged me anyway. I'm getting really fed up with calling customer support and having to mess with every sensor in the house for a half hour climbing up and down a ladder just to have them say sorry, we are sending replacements. This is literally my third wave of replacements and the issues are worse than they have ever been

I was having trouble setting the system up. Particularly the sensors on my doors. They are a bit different then other homes. But, the representative help me by texting me pictures and he stayed on the phone through the whole process! It was great. I can say I feel confident about them and their customer service. Cove really cares about their customers!
