This system is very easy to install, easy to connect to. The phone support is very knowledgeable and polite. One negative point is the camera cost is additional.

The delivery is fast, the system is very easy for install and the customer service it’s espectacular. The monthly price for monitoring my house is very competitive.

Best System... PERIOD

As an IT pro with a background in physical security also, Cove is the best, most feature packed and easiest system for anyone to use. It passes the most information during an alarm event that I’ve seen in any DIY system and the only one I know of with two way voice built in the panel. It’s also VERY cost effective and the support staff are the nicest and most helpful staff I’ve met in the IT/DIY field in a LONG time. I’d recommend cove to anyone. New lifetime customer here 😊

I left a competitor due to overall poor customer service and poor quality of products. I switched to Cove because of highly rated customer service and better quality products. Both of which are very true. The customer service experience with Cove has been so much better than experienced at the competitor. The quality of Cove’s products are also greatly superior to those of the competitor. I’m really glad to have made the switch. I do look forward to integrated cameras and doorbell though. Right now I have three different apps through which to manage my video doorbell (currently using Ring), Yi cameras provided through Cove, and the Cove security system.

COVE is the best option! I checked!

I researched COVE against several other modern home security systems for almost a whole week. Before finally realizing that COVE was indeed the best purchase I could make for my home. I really loved the look of the COVE system, and was most impressed by the panel and help available. Once I received my system, I was able to very easily follow along with the directions to place my sensors. I do have a couple doors that I can’t sufficiently attach sensors to, and also our windows. However, I have 5 door sensors where I truly need them most. I also received the fob to attach to my key ring, and it has been a huge help. I recommend the fob 100%. I got two cameras to monitor our two floors. I was hoping that the cameras were monitored through COVE with a cloud base for storing video, and included in the monthly fee. But the cameras are just as if you bought some from amazon and hooked them up. Then used that specific service to monitor. I am ok with that, but I am paying a separate fee a month for cloud storage through that company. I do look forward to more camera options later this year from COVE. Especially a doorbell, and outdoor cameras. I have talked to several COVE support people, and they are so nice and helpful! Despite the issues we personally had with the sensors and the cameras, I am still VERY happy with my system so far. Thank you COVE, for keeping my family safe. Hands down, best system for the money!

I received my new cove system and…

I received my new cove system and completed the installation about six days ago. I’ve been so busy trying to get our new house ready for the move in, I had neglected calling about an email I’d been receiving about a problem that seemed to happen every night, but correct itself every morning. The CSR took care of the problem for me. I had received a camera, but no install instructions, so he emailed instructions on how to install the camera. I also let him know that my cobe app would not let me sign in, so he fixed that problem. Three problems taken care of in about three minutes. Pretty good service, I’d say!! Thanks Cobe

I absolutely love my cove purchase

I absolutely love my cove purchase. So easy to use and cheap. Accidentally set off my alarm and the police was on the way! My only suggestion is to tell people they need to read directions in addition to just using the console. I watched the video that showed the little girl putting stuff up and assumed we could just do it following the console but then put up a bunch of stuff wrong and had to Fix it. The directions were super clear. I just didn’t realize I needed to read them. Very small issue though. Overal love it

We just activated our Cove Security system today. We chose CoveSmart for affordable equipment and monitoring. The system was easy to install. The features of the system are great! After successful activation, we called customer care with a few extra questions. Jeric was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind in dealing with all of our questions. He also took the time to place our order for a few extra sensors we determined we should add. We had a very pleasant experience and plan to tell others that CoveSmart is a very easy and affordable system. Again, thank you Jeric!

Blackout

There was a black out in my area due to a storm but I was covered even with no power COVE had my home monitored. Although I kept getting a notification from Cove due to my system needed to reset. The tech worked diligently to solve the issue and was very professional.
