The service is exceptional, its old scool customer service which is unexpected in todays world. The rep does not take a lot of time pushing the product, they are trained to listen to what the customers needs are and suggest what is needed. I appreciate the service 100%, the custmer service 100% I'M VERY HAPPY.... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

The equipment arrived really fast. Everything was easy to install even for someone in their 60s. I did have to contact customer service for help with the keypad their response was fast and they had my issue corrected in no time. I recommend Cove to everyone. At my previous house I had a high end alarm system which I paid about 10 times the cost of this system and it is every bit as good as it was.

This was not hard to install

This was not hard to install. Took me about an hour total. I did have to make some phone calls to Cove to make sure I understood what I was doing. They couldn't have been any nicer if they tried. The hardest part was taking my old 15 year alarm system down and removing the senors I already had on each door and window.. Very easy to use. Much easier than my old alarm system and a lot smaller too. They price was in my budget. I had been looking for a good system that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I read over 200 reviews that were 99% positive.There were around 850 reviews I couldn't read them all. Just too many. Cove received a 4.8 out of 5 stars, more than any other alarm system. Then I watched a 28 minute video on U-tube before I decides to order. It was easy to decided what I needed. So I feel I can say I already love my new Cove Alarm System. The siren is really really loud. Everything you need is in the box when it arrives. I'm a happy camper. One last thought I am a 73 year old woman so if I can install it anyone can.

I've only been using the complete…

I've only been using the complete system for a few days. Setup was a little challenging because one sensor wasn't working correctly. Support got me past that for now. I still need to get that working. Other than that, I have everything else working, correct doors and windows assigned. I even have the app on my phone working. Support has been great so far. I have yet to see what happens when am alarm is triggered. Would recommend.

No complaints- very happy!!

We have had our COVE security system for about 3 months now and I wanted to wait until I could leave an honest review. There is not one thing I would change about our system! We have had multiple false alarms and within SECONDS- we have a call, text, and notification on our control panel asking if we need 911 dispatch. The customer service is top notch, I can’t recommend this system & company enough!! ⭐️⭐️

Real Customer Service -- A Unique Concept

I am a home bound senior and Cove Security guided me to the best security system to meet my needs. They helped me decide what was needed to meet my needs, and when 1 of the first items they suggested did not work, refunded that sensor and sent me out a different type of sensor. If you want to be treated as a valuable customer and not as someone the customer service rep just wants to get off the call so that their time on call average jumps higher, then Cove is for you. WOW, real customer service, what a unique experience!!!!

Cove has been great! It’s very affordable. It was a quick set up and very user friendly! I’ve recommended it to everyone I know! I got the deal where if you keep it for three years, you don’t have to pay for equipment. I thought that was amazing. I’m not sure the deal is still available, but I tell everyone about that.

Have had cove for 3 month's now their customer service is first rate. Had a problem with a window sensor they replaced it and installed it myself. Great company and I highly recommend them.

Unbelievable Easy and Crisp!

I don’t like strangers in my home so the self-installation was a big attraction for me. When I set it up, it genuinely was as easy as the video they made. I had a MINOR set up issue and the customer service representative was the friendliest person! The camera is insanely crisp and just as easy to set up. What’s even better is that I can hear what’s going on in my house and speak through the camera as well. So far I am VERY impressed with Cove!

Panel Communication Failure

At 4:30 in the morning I am awakened to Panel saying panel communication failure. Completely woke me up out of my sleep, and naturally causes a slight panic. I googled the command to see what I should do and then decided to call Cove for assistance. I was on with a rep in less than two minutes. She walked me through all the steps and had it resolved in under five minutes. She continued to give extra advice toward a solution if It happens again and the steps currently used did not fix the problem. It was nice knowing that someone was available and willing to help at that time of the morning. Very pleased with the customer service.

I'm glad I choose COVE

My package arrived and i spent 2 weeks just looking at it. I was, am afraid of technology, being 70 and illiterate about these things.... even my 2 Masters degrees weren't kicking in. I decided the time had come. The system wasn't helping me while still in it's box (which was very well designed, I must say). I bit the bullet and with each piece i thought, how masterfully designed, cute modern, etc. The parts seemed simple enough and I had fun with the magnetic ones. Enough fun, get down to work, I told myself. The directions said to turn the monitor on. i didn't want to, thinking I would break it right away, but I did. A calm voice gently told me each step and waited patiently as i walked through my house and placed the pieces where they told me to. After each piece i would return to the monitor where I would be confirmed and told to proceed. On and on until I had connected the pieces to the windows and doors and the walls. I could do this, I thought! When I got stuck I called COVE and the persons were always so very sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding of a 70 yr old installing her first system. I had to call several times for answers to questions like....how do I go out for a walk, do i disarm the entire thing? etc. No one laughed at me, they all made me feel like my question was important. I think I love COVE. i even ordered some additional parts. Still not completely comfortable with the system, it'll take me some tie, thank you for being patient with me.

Happy with the system

I’m happy with the system - it was fairly straightforward, not super easy for me as I’m a newbie to the security world. The touch panel assist is great. I’m currently at my apartment trying out and going through all the vast resources on using it before I move to a new house where I definitely want to have the peace of mind.

Great System

While I didn't want to get a Security System, unfortunately in this day and age you need one. I was happy to find Cove, which was super easy to install, very affordable, and works perfect for my apartment.
