This was so easy to install. Literally anyone can do it in less than 40 minutes. Customizable outs set up to accommodate when you want to keep some windows open. Tech support was great.

Just installed, easy as could be. Outstanding customer service so far. The keypad is very user friendly and offers a wide variety of options to customize the system. Accidentally set the alarm off the first day. The monitoring station came on, verified the verbal code and did not dispatch, saving me a fine for a false alarm.

We just started using this product and we already love it! It's easy to install, easy to use, and customer service is fantastic. Don't worry, I called customer service due to user error. But the man who answered the phone was friendly, professional, and walked me through the issue very quickly. We are very happy and feel safe and secure in our new home :)

Got off to a little rocky start

Got off to a little rocky start. It takes me and the wife 'time' to make big decisions and this one was no different. We checked out Cove for a couple of days - talked it over and finally decided Tuesday night we would buy into Cove's plan. It was late and I was tired from working in the yard all day so we went to bed early. The next morning after breakfast I went to my computer to place our order. Oops. The cost of our order, the one we had built the previous 2 days had "jumped up" quite a bit. What had happened was that the 'sale' we'd been looking at unknown to us had expired the night before. A 50% sale had changed to a 40% sale. I gave Cove a call and was told by a courteous young man that nothing could be done and that I was stuck. I thanked him and disconnected. I was really upset at myself for seemingly costing us almost a hundred bucks just because we'd went to bed early. But, I gave Cove another call and asked to speak to a supervisor. Once I got the supervisor (Jasmine) on the line and explained to her the blunder I'd made she immediately came up with a solution and one I could live with. Without getting into it all I can say is we are very happy with things now and our security system which we ordered on Wednesday arrived today (Friday) and we will be setting it up tomorrow. I couldn't be happier with Cove at the moment - especially Jasmine who so readily helped us out, when she (or Cove) did not have to. Very Satisfied

Just got mine, & installed it. Very simple instructions & user friendly. I had a small hiccup, but I called Customer Service, & the Rep walked me right through it! I'm excited, & put at ease knowing my home is protected 24/7!

I bought the security system on 5/29/2020. I haven't received the equipment. I called covesmart that i didn't receive the equipment please don't charge monthly monitoring. The lady told me that we can't cancel it unless you return the equipment. How am i going to return the equipment i never received it!!! So i asked different covesmart customer rep to file a claim lost item at Fedex and i would like to get my refund. Covesmart handled the matter professionally and i got my refund in 2 days. Good job!!!

Just installed the system for our home

Just installed the system for our home. It was simple, quick, and efficient. Had my first call to customer service regarding a defective camera (which is not part of the Cove system but given generously as an incentive) and Tim had the problem dealt with within minutes. Best customer service I've seen in years! Thank you Cove team! Follow up: Have had our system for a little over a week now. Absolutely love our system. Everything works exceptionally well. This system has given our little family the comfort needed with a security system. Recommend 100%!!!

Cove smart is amazing!

I love my new Cove home security monitor. Once I got the package in the mail, I set it up right away. the set up was super easy by following the monitor provided. I also got a call from customer service to check that everything was working or if I needed help. I receive 2 different sensors and placed them around my apt. I tested them out and they worked like a charm. I'm very glad I got Cove because now I feel more safe knowing I'll be alerted of any intrusions or danger.

I really like my Covesmart Alarm unit I really like my Covesmart Alarm unit. Setup and activation was a breeze. The display and user interface is clean and easy to use. Backup battery in the unit lasts around 12 hours in the case of a power outage, from my testing.

Super easy to purchase and very excited

Easy to purchase that came very quickly and very excited to use. Easy to setup and Plenty of goodness for a 1200 sq ft condo. look forward to have this in this day and age.

Protect your space

As someone who has had their place broken into, the need for protection and security is even more necessary. The ring doorbell is fine but its not going to give you the satisfaction that Cove will give you. Its really easy to set up... takes less than 30 minutes. Also, it's really affordable. I already feel more comfortable when I leave my apartment. Highly recommend Cove.

I really did not think that I was going…

I really did not think that I was going to be able to install this myself being disabled and also diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel in both my hands but this was so easy, really no tools at all except for attaching a screw to support the main device plug for electricity everything else was a simple peel off heavy duty sticker. Walk through instructs from main device were easy to understand . Recap anyone can install this and everything works Great so far even though it's only been about an hr since I installed it . I definitely recommend this . 5 stars from me
