When ordering from the company I was a little skeptical like a lot of things but I went on and ordered it. When it arrived I was glad to know it was as easy to install as they say( being a female), but nonetheless I was speechless! Everything you order is all you need for your home! The only thing I disapprove was the running back and forth, lol to every window! But after set I and you will have a great experience! Customer care is outstanding! Love those guys! I installed one at my church as well. And boy oh boy the police response like other before! I’ll NEVER RETURN TO ADT! There service is no comparison to cove! So there it is! I hope this helps you make the conservative switch! And their much cheaper, lol!

I have NEVER and I mean NEVER encountered a company with customer service as amazing as Cove. They let you text with actual people to help you with your system. I accidentally setoff our system while installing last night. I didn't have a passcode setup yet and the alarms were going crazy. I sent a text and I received replies that helped me get it shut off. Then, the rep continued to help me in the install process at 10pm!

I love my alarm system

I recently purchased my alarm system with Cove. It is super easy to set up and the customer service is excellent! I decided to give it a try since the products were 50% off. I am so glad I did. A lot cheaper than the other companies out there, plus the basic monthly fee is very affordable.

Cove has been so awesome

Cove has been so awesome. I am thankful that I was given time to pay my monthly bill. They were very understanding and assured me I was not in disconnection. They updated my account immediately and processed my payment also showed me where to find my safe word if I ever forgot it. Thank you do much

Best new security company!

I've had this system since May of this year. I love the system! Easy to install! Works great! I've had 2 accidental alarms. They call right away! I love the cove plus concept. Not only do you get a 5 dollar per month credit every month towards any equipment, but if any sensor or piece of equipment breaks, they send you a new one due to the lifetime warranty! I've had to do that once & there were no hassles! My patio door sensor broke, I called & told them & they did not question me...they sent me a new one! They truly are the best in the business nowadays! Oh....and our 35 per month for the cove PLUS plan...will never go up! Its like a bonus! I recommend them to all my family and I'd never use anyone else to protect my families home! Highly recommend!

Stop Over Thinking and Buy It

Short version: this system works, the customer service is phenomenal, I feel safe and prepared. Long version: unboxed today with my 8 year old. Customer service (hi, Kevin! 🙋🏻‍♀️) stayed on the phone with us for almost 90 minutes while we ran around and got everything set up. No. It would not normally take that long, but we were laughing and asking questions and ran through several (several!!!) trials with my 8 year old. We have 6 windows, 5 doors (including two sliders), one motion detector, two cameras and two remotes. The remotes are the COOLEST THING EVER for simplicity. My son is ecstatic and I feel secure knowing he can arm, disarm and has a panic button. I will give the second remote to my parents, in laws and/or babysitters when needed. The phone app is awesome too. If I forget to disarm for my cleaning lady, I don’t have to run home. I can easily tell which sensors are active from anywhere in the world. The cameras took a minute to understand. They are run through a partner company. So easy to install but do require a separate app. No big deal. I can watch my home from afar if I really wanted to, but better than that, the cameras will record any intruders and will alert my phone immediately. This creates evidence for law enforcement if you’re ever trying to reclaim your belongings. I also love that I can text Cove. How cool is that? They confirm your password and are super response...and today was Saturday! Stop over thinking and buy it. Seriously. You won’t regret it.

Outstanding Service, System, and Company

We set up our new Cove security system this evening, and one of our sensors wasn't working right. I called the Cove customer service number, knowing it was later on a Friday but hoping someone could help. I was blown away by how helpful Shane was! Not only did he walk me through fixing the sensor, he also stayed on the phone with me for an hour to make sure the rest of my install went smoothly. He answered my random questions and was eternally helpful. We even received an extra camera but were missing a glass break detector in our order, and Shane was amazing at helping us get the new glass break detector sent and giving us instructions for how to send the camera back. I read a lot of reviews about security systems and about Cove specifically, and this experience just solidified my decision to choose Cove. I am beyond happy with my service so far and can't wait to use the system to keep my family and my home safe!

New Cove Customer

Just finished installing my new Cove system and I must say I am quite impressed. Very easy to install and the customer service is exceptional! I was with another service for 9 years and was tired of the high monitoring fees and yearly negotiations. Cove has no contracts and a set monitoring fee that is more than 50% cheaper than what I was previously paying AND they are monitoring more things in my house! So glad I made the switch to becoming a Cove customer!
