So far I have loved my Cove Security alarm service. I have had no issues and the pricing is great.

Super easy installation

The system was easy to install by myself, and I am not that into electronics! I had one little glitch and a couple of questions, which were taken care of by the help line easily. He helped me test all the doors, windows, motion sensor, key fobs, glass breakage sensor and panic button. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He took plenty of time to explain the system and tailor it to my situation. Highly recommend Cove!

Very impressed with the system, the setup process AND the customer service. Received our system 3 days after we ordered it and had time today to do the installation. Installation was a breeze. Someone has clearly thought this process through. Everything worked perfectly out of the box - 6 doors, 7 windows, camera and keyfob remotes. Had a question re: SOS button so I called their customer service department expecting to have to wait in a long phone queue. To my surprise I was immediately connected to a live operator who was able to answer my question. Great experience all the way around. These guys are doing it right.

I appreciate that they honor educators as First Responders. The equipment arrived quickly and the setup was easy. They provided immediate support after your equipment is installed. The monthly fee is reasonable as well.

Old and alone in California

I'm old and was very intimidated by the idea of installing the system. Kevin talked me through every step with courtesy, good humor and patience. Kevin was on the phone ith me 1 hr 23 minutes and a few seconds. He even had me laughing. I feel safer now.

Simple system yet effective. Easy set up but detailed. The young man that assisted me over the phone was professional, patient, kind and knowledgeable about the system. He walked me through, asked if I had questions and did not attempt to get off the phone until all my concerns were addressed. Thank you Cove!!!!

Cove has been great

Cove has been great Everyone on the support staff team is knowledgeable and seem genuinely happy to help. They also act like human beings rather than all robotic like I've experienced from other support teams. My only criticism is, please stop working with the company Yi; they are impossible to deal with! Cove deserves to work with a better company. Otherwise, Cove is fantastic!!

Quick Delivery, great service!

Ordered on a Sunday and got the system on the following Tuesday! That was quick! Prices changed and they made that right too! Installed the thing in 15 min called them to put it on 72 hour test mode and bam! We’ve been learning it to keep from triggering false alarms. The system components are high quality, not expecting to be disappointed with my decision on this alarm system! Update! 2 weeks in and no problems! Still love this!

Totally satisfied, with my shopping experience on the Cove website, the price, and the service. Installation was easy.. System simple to use and very intuitive. Glad I selected Cove over the competition. Had to call Customer Service for one small item and found them to be among the best I've ever dealt with. I bought Cove with just the testimonies to go off of and the video tutorials it looked easy enough but can I say that after receiving it that it was actually easier than I thought it would be. I've called into customer service several times they've always been helpful. They helped me through learning my system. I've ordered extra pieces and things to go with my system as I've gone on. The peace of mind that this gives me is priceless

Taylor helped me set up my new Cove home security system. Taylors speaking voice is clear and strong and the intelligence behind that voice comes across within minutes of talking to him. Taylor has mastered the ability to use an economy of words to guide the caller on what physically do to next and he has the ability to explain every aspect of every question presented from function of a device to the procedure at COVE which interacts with that devise. Taylor has a pure professional manner blended with a ability to relate to a customer with sensitivity. Too often customer service employees come to work on auto pilot and miss the opportunity to service the customer. Taylor was a competent and knowledgeable professional who simply stated what he did not know when I asked about specific dB levels on the Glass Break Monitor. I have found a professional who does not hesitate to say, "I don't know" is honest and someone who will diligently find the answer. When I asked about Cove return policy, Taylor continued to be as friendly and upbeat as ever without ever becoming artificial or scripted.
