I ordered my system and received it in just a couple of days. The installation of it was so easy I couldn't believe it. System has worked great and the few times I've had to talk to customer service they have all been very helpful and professional. I would give this a 10 star rating if I could. Highly recommended!!!

Fire alarm went off this morning and it was a false alarm spoke with them about how to operate and who gets the phone call and text They explained in detail how the alarm works and how to add numbers. They were very professional and helpful great company.

Just received our new system and unfortunately had to order more window sensors and a CO2 detector. I contacted support with questions, and they were very quick to respond and very helpful. I am so glad i finally decided to order, and the 50% equipment sale really helped.

I am sooo pleased not only with my Cove system but with the customer service as well! I called in and spoke to an agent today who’s name just escaped me but she was so pleasant and understanding and was able to help me fix my problem in less than 5 mins ! I set up my system online instead of…

I set up my system online instead of using touchscreen panel, so I did not set a master code. I also installed one door sensor over 1/2" apart, then I moved it and it showed it as tampered. Called tech support and talked to Phil. He walked me through setting up my master code and determined that my door sensor was faulty. He walked me through setting up a new door sensor (since I had an extra one) and sent me a replacement for the faulty one. I'm impressed with the tech support and I love my system already...

This product could of saved my life if…

This product could of saved my life if it wasn't a false alarm I was in the kitchen and did not know the toaster was smoking. When I did I called my parents and my mom said she was toasting bread and it was burning so I turn it off and opened a door and suddenly the cove smoke alarm went off and startled me and I called my parents back to tell them panicking and they got a call from cove instantly and they already called the fire Department to come over. But my parents cancelled and came home and I disarmed it. I cannot thank cove enough for possibly saving my life if it was a real fire so thank you cove

Did my research

So I knew Cove was a newer system compared to ADT & other systems, so I was curious.I chose Based on price and the fact it’s cellular connected. Our farm can lose power when a tree goes down, and our WiFi can be spotty at times. The cellular connection ensures that help is dispatched when needed. It took me 30 mins to install, and that was including calling in due to a sensor issue. Customer support is quick and efficient. Unfortunately our system got tested on July 4th when a drunk person walked into the wrong house. The cameras caught the person looking around. Multiple texts messages and phone calls went out to the contacts and police were dispatched. I’ve also accidentally entered the hostage/ duress’s passcode after a long day- it works, let me tell you. The only thing I dislike is the camera is not integrated to the system.

Great, simple security system.

Very simple system to install and configure. Cove customer care agents have been responsive and very helpful. No high pressure sales pitch. System provides exactly what I needed. I live in remote area with limited satellite internet, and the Cove Smart system allows me remote access via cellular which is much quicker than my sat internet service. Highly recommend this product especially if you have limited internet access and want to check and control your system remotely via cellular.

Called Cove with a few questions about monitoring and spoke to Phil. Phil was very helpful and answered the questions and reviewed my monitoring plan with me. I think I made a great choice selecting Cove as my alarm company. The alarm installed very quickly and programing is very user friendly.

I have been very impressed with the customer service representatives whenever I have needed technical support or just informational questions answered. I am very happy I chose The Cove product for my home security. The panel has a very nice large display screen and is very user friendly.

Excellent Services and Customer Care

Even with the pandemic, the service that Cove provided has not faltered. Every time I call, every time my sensors go off, every time I need Cove they are there. From Billing issues to technical issues the past year has been fantastic and I have a sense of confidence that me and my stuff are protected.

Cove smart=peace of mind

Cove smart has given my the peace of mind and security since moving to a new home. When you are kinda unsure of the neighborhood even though you hear nothing but good things its still nice to have that peace of mind. I have had to call tech support to work out setting my new pass code, they were wonderful even during a time where my alarm was a loud screaming box. He took his time to stay on the line with me till everything was up and running, quietly! I like then when a door opens it tells me which door is open in the house. I accidentally opened a door after alarm was set and I didn't get back to cove in time and the police were dispatched. It happened so quickly and I am thankful for that because if there was an emergency other then me being a dip I know cove works quickly to get help to us.

Great System Highly Recommended

Very happy over all with my Cove system. Easy to install and software panel is very user friendly. Easy to place sensors throughout our home. Love that you can customize to your needs. Since purchasing my system today was the first time I had to call Customer Care because my toddler had broken the door sensor. Great customer service by Phil very knowledgeable and thorough and help me answer all my questions made it easy to get a replacement door sensor. It was very easy to get through on the phone with somebody and no wait time at all easy to navigate on the phone service line and got right to a live person. For being a upcoming web-based security company they are a wonderful and are definitely giving ADT a run for their money. Definitely Recommend!!!!!!

Great company!!! I’ve had other systems in the past, it Cove is the best by far. They have great customer service & are reasonably priced. Your system is always expandable based on the customers needs, not what they want to sell.

Why doesn't everyone have this system?

The Cove system was up and running minutes after I received it. One hiccup that was solved beyond my expectations. I've had complicated security systems in the past, but the Cove system is uncomplicated and does as good a job. Customer service is excellent.
