What a delightful experience-this lady was able to answer all my questions and gave me confidence in the system going forward-I hope to see improved outdoor ability and she helped me get acclimated to what I have now, as I test out what exactly my needs are. I may not even need a ‘smart doorbell’ with the cove app. I really enjoyed our conversation and appreciate her openness to my suggestions for data to customers. That makes me feel heard as a part of the Cove family- I like to find good solid companies to support with my spendings it shows through the employees how they’ve been trained just what kind of company I’m dealing with. Read reviews and reports on Cove and decided to leave my old home protection provider. Received my Cove equipment in a good time and installed it in about two hours. I was not able to complete the install because of a motion sensor and connection issue. After talking with three techs that walked me through the steps, I eventually talked with Jayde who patiently and professionally worked with me and we solved both issues and I'm now online.

Amazing family holiday destination.

We have been to Bunn Leisure 3 times now, we love it here! We travel down from Scotland for our yearly family holiday. There's always plenty to do with the fairground, swimming pools, Amusements, beach kids clubs, evening entertainment, play parks and so much more. And that is just on site! With many local attractions just a short distance away, there's something for everyone. I love the views of the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth from the beach. There's plenty of choice for places to eat too, both eating in and takeaway and all are fresh and tasty. The perfect South Coast holiday destination

Excellent last experience w/ chat

Excellent last experience with my chat. The first chat experience almost made me go with another user as that person just could not understand my question even after being as basic and simplistic as possible. We did get the system in the end as it more closely matched our needs. The system was very easy to install and set up and we are extremely happy with the outcome. The guy today on chat was absolutely awesome. So thank you Jake from Cove!

Convenient Chat Option!

I was frustrated by an issue I was having with the system and too busy to call, so I started a chat with customer service on the website and Jake was able to talk me through some possible causes until we discovered the issue. Then he offered a link to the solution. I was very pleased with this interaction and obviously to find a resolution as well - while being able to continue working as we chatted back and forth. Great customer service!

We were having issues setting up our cove but they helped and were very reliable and nice. Definitely worth buying

Great System

The system was easy to install and the customer service has been fantastic. There were a couple of small issues during the install: one flood sensor and one fob were not functioning properly. I called customer service and they were extremely helpful and issued replacements immediately. They have also followed up a couple of times to ensure that the system is functioning properly and we are satisfied with the system and their service.

He is not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he has the best customer service of anyone we have ever encountered anywhere! He explains everything in a manner that is easy to follow and understand! We don't personally know Shane, but he has been the kindest person. Great system. Simple and Easy to Set Up. Only issue was with the adhesive for motion detector, most likely just from my own wall texture, store bought brand worked as a replacement.

Hands Down the Best Security System

I absolutely love my Cove system. The customer service is top notch too. When I initially received my system (probably a year ago if not more), I was having issues with my panel not connecting to the cell towers. We tried troubleshooting before ultimately having them send me a new panel. Once I got that, I called customer service again and they stayed on the phone with me for probably an hour helping me get my new panel working. They were so nice, patient, and helpful. Ever since then, my system has worked flawlessly. I recommend Cove to any and everyone that I possibly can. Not only is this an awesome system but it's incredibly affordable! I can't express how happy I am to have found this company! I love having that piece of mind that someone has my back if something were to happen. I accidentally typed in my hostage code one day (I'd been traveling all day and was exhausted) and the police were at my home in less than 5 minutes. Even though it was super embarrassing, it was nice to know that Cove had my back. Thank you for existing cove! Idk what I would do without you!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. 3 times less expensive than ADT for the same type of equipment and half price for monitoring. Technical help is superb. DIY installation is fast and super easy. BRAVO!

The buying and installation process was an excellent experience! I ordered six key fobs and only three were programmed so called in and Aaron was amazing with showing me how easy it was to program other three! Have had the system for a week and it is great. We had one false alarm today where I actually activated the SOS button on a key fob in my pocket. It took 15 minutes from time my wife deactivated the alarm until the monitoring center called! I am not sure that that is acceptable as a lot can go wrong in 15 minutes. Young lady on the phone didn't seem to concerned when I asked her why it took so long to call. She only wanted my code and then hung up, I guess we will have to see what it is like going forward to see if it is worth the expense.

Easy installation and great support

Ordered my system and did not receive it in the time stated, which was fine, but I went ahead and emailed support to make sure something hadn’t happened to my order. I had a response within a few hours apologizing for the delay due to extra volume for a sale they had. They also reimbursed me for 2 weeks or monitoring and an extra 2 weeks of trial period. Installation was a breeze. I ran into two minor problemS with a window saying it was open and a beeping smoke detector. I called tech support and Phil answered my questions and helped me reinstall that window sensor and is sending me a new smoke detector. I highly recommend for the price and easy installation!
