This company is awesome!! I am a 67 year old female. I installed this system myself after ordering it from the website. It was simple with the clear instructions. Easy to order step by step. Amazing customer service. I definitely feel safer in my home!!

Incomplete Order

I called because I was missing 2 items in my order. The gentleman said he was going to send them to me right away. He was very helpful answering several of my questions. It is always nice when you talk to someone who answers your questions and is very helpful.

I had a sensor that stopped detecting door open

I had a sensor that seemed to drop and not pick up that we forgot to disarm the system. I messaged the chat center and got Jake. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through some troubleshooting on getting that sensor diagnosed and fixed. We did it all over chat and now the system is back to performing as expected! He's is an amazing asset and deserves kudos! Great human for sure

I recently received my order with our new security system and when I realized that one item was not in the box, a quick email to Cove started one of the most pleasant Customer Service experiences that I’ve had in recent times. Jake was a great help when I needed to change my shipping address after I accidentally entered an old address. He was able to address my issue and set up a plan to correct it. I appreciate the great customer service.

Top notch customer service!

This company has great customer service. I forgot a few things I still need for my system after the initial system was already sent. I talked to customer service via chat and they were able to send me my needed items and still offered me the 50% off for the items and waived the shipping fee. Definitely a great to do business with. My only complaint is they don’t have a web portal to order extra equipment that you might need/want to add.

I feel safe now Cheaper than ADT! VIVINT! Ect.. I am happy with the timely response from the Emergency team cove have. I triggered my alarm, cove thought someone was breaking in. I got a phone call within one minute.
