Easy to use.

I just received my system today and it was as easy to set up and get working as they claimed. The touchscreen panel makes system management very easy.

Great company

The system is awesome compact does what it's supposed to do. However I have a special needs daughter and I was leery about her disarming the system and not being frightened. So I will return it at this time the amazing thing was there was no hitches whatsoever with returning it. They're an amazing company and when I can in the future I will purchase from them and I will talk about them to other people.

As a new customer I was skeptical about…

As a new customer I was skeptical about this service but with the black Friday special offers I took a chance, the initial offer said delivery was to be in 2-5 days and with this pandemic and holiday season my order was unexpectedly pushed back in which I was suppose to be in GA by the 15th waiting on my order to arrive i called customer service and my representative was a very nice and understanding agent named Edualyn who assisted me and repeatedly went over and above to make sure I received my package asap, she stayed diligent in assisting me well after hours. My initial date was the 22nd, she got it to the 19th and it arrived at 1300 hrs on the 18th, im very ecstatic about my new system and very pleased with the results of your service, please give Edualyn an Award for her continuous efforts and support, her professionalism is uncanny and refreshing, I already referred COVE to a number amount of friends and relatives . Happy with Cove although it's absolutely ridiculous you have no user portal that I can manage my account without having to call you guys. Make it easier to change emergency contacts.

My main panel stopped working and tried…

My main panel stopped working and tried to plug it in to other outlets and still nothing. After talking to Jake from Cove we found the problem 👍 it came unplugged behind the battery door. Thank you 😊 On a side note it made me a little concerned that my 24/7 monitoring didn’t call me or email me when the power went dead on my control panel???

The system has been great, very easy to install. I had an issue with one sensor and the technical support was great! When I called today and then chatted later this evening regarding questions about my account, I received useful, timely help and all of my questions were answered! Thanks!

Excellent Customer Service!!

Right now during the Christmas holiday, shipments and deliveries are taking longer than normal. I had the privilege of working with Nathan who did a great job providing daily updates on the status of my order, and when Nathan was not available someone else was reaching out to me. When completing my order I failed to add window sensors but Nathan took care of that as well. If support down the road is as good as it is at the point of sale, I will be one BIG Cove supporter. Great job Nathan! Since I purchased this system as a gift and it has not yet been installed, I cannot comment much on the hardware or monitoring services. The system was well packaged and the hardware appeared pretty well constructed. I will provide further updates once I learn more about installation and performance.

Love Coves customer service!!! It’s literally one of the best I’ve dealt with in a very long time. Jake was speedy with response and knowledgeable on the problem I was having. Very happy customer and would definitely recommend.!!!!

Support staff was great

The equipment was easy to set up with the instructions provide. When I had a problem with the sensors the screen prompted me to call your technical support number. The automated system let me know I could leave my number and get a call back. I did that and Ken called me back I explained my problem and he answered my questions and made sure i was confident my system was active. He asked if I had additional questions and I said that I had forgot to get some glass sensors and saw that they were on sale. He explained that was for new system orders but since my order was so recent he could honor the sale price and then proceed to set up my order. I mentioned that I saw a code for a free remote with the code and he added that. Ken did a great job and was easy to understand and very professional. I wish all my calls with other technical support with other companies was so quick and easy.

I was very pleased with Jakes help today. I was having problems installing my cove system and managing the cove app but with Jakes help everything worked out.

This monitored home security system was very easy to install. It has the benefits of a traditional security system combined with the technology of a modern security system. It works wonderfully!!! I feel much safer. I HIGHLY recommend this product. You will not be disappointed.

We just had our cove system 2 weeks ago…

We just had our cove system 2 weeks ago and still learning how to operate and while we are out of town there was a power outage. I called customer service and the supervisor told me what to do. Then another technical support guy Mike Aureanne walk me through it and sent me all information on how to use the cove app and answers all my questions. They are courteous, respectful, responsive to our needs and very helpful and knowledgeable of their product. So happy I made the right choice choosing Cove Security to protect me and my family. Excellent customer sevice and I recomended it to everyone.

Timely Fix To a Small Problem
