The Team effort I experienced from Sale to launching the system was easy and professional. The fact that the contract is month to month and can be transferred to the end user easily, and cellular in lieu of WIFI or Landline make this an excellent choice for an Investor who flips homes. I will be using Cove exclusively on ALL my future flips!

I have to say that Jenny is the exception to Cove customer service that I have received so far. She is an example of what great customer service a company should offering. She was professional, she conveyed competence, and she offered valuable resolutions to my concerns. I was in the process of canceling my service with this company, but Jenny‘s fantastic accomplishments, in the confines of our phone call, were so exceptional I decided to continue my service with Cove. It should be noted that I recently spoke to Ryan and he claims he was the supervisor of customer service. His lack of concern for my issues, his unprofessionalism, and total incompetence was the primary reason I decided to cancel with Cove. if he is conducting business on behalf of Cove Security in that manner to me it is very likely there are more customers who are experiencing the same abysmal circumstances that he creates. I suggest you should remedy that by having Jenny assume that position immediately.

Day 4 of having my Cove home security system I love the fact that you can self monitor your system run system checks and self maintain your system as well as working with the monitoring station and coordinate to make sure that your system is functioning and working properly as well as the sensors to make sure you have done everything correctly there is a great help support page and community support page with lots of info and a Q&A session so far this has been the best system for me and my family for my first official use I experienced a power failure and my system immediately reported the power failure and my system and monitoring was not an erupted nor my service and my alarm was not even triggered so I remained protected and my family with the Peace of Mind I'm not having a false alarm and still knowing I was protected even with no power I love the Standalone system with no wires and the adaptability and customization to fit your needs and no Wi-Fi needed

Cove is very easy to install

Cove is very easy to install! I am very proud of myself. I installed this system in less than 15 minutes. Cove's alarm system is very affordable and I recommended this service to many of my friends and family. The one thing that I like the most about Cove is their customer service. The reps go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with the service and they are all professional and knowledgeable.

What a Great Product

I love everything about this product, from the ease of installation, to option upgrades, and customer service. I've been using my system for a few months now and fortunately have no experience with triggered alarms, but should a break-in occur I am confident that the system will perform as designed. From someone who has worked for years in high tech product development, test, and qualification Cove has a bright future ahead of them!

Had an exceptional experience with customer service. It is evident that COVE invests in the training and development of their staff. My customer service agent (Alyssa) was simply amazing! She is professional, personable, and is able to speak to technical issues in a way very few can. She was able to convey complex information in a succinct and meaningful way. She resolved my call in a matter of minutes and even shared new knowledge about the advantages of the system. Very thankful my call was assigned to Alyssa! Amazing job Alyssa! Go Cove!

Flight Attendant

I am a flight attendant and I travel a lot and I’m hardly home. I really love the security system I used to have other ones this one by far is the best. Their customer service is also out of this world they’re so friendly so nice and will walk you through any questions you have with your system I’m so glad that I went with Cove. I plan on staying with them forever.

Would have been 5 stars however continued to email to order more sensors with terrible response. I will not email again. I will call to voice concerns from now on. When I called the young lady was more than helpful. She went out of her way to find out about my concerns. Thank you to her. Sorry I forgot her name. AFTER receiving my comment, a representative called to assure me that the email responses would be more helpful from now on. The confusion of ordering by email will not happen again. I have to say, I was impressed by his eagerness to make it right. Changed my rating!

Cove Customer Service is amazing

Cove Customer Service is amazing. Lora was fantastic to talk with. I loved her communication and her ability to relate. I was one of those people whose systems were sent activated. We had a good laugh as I am able to laugh now that a few days have passed. My pannel wasnt communicating and Lora ran through the paces and got it up and running.
