Extremely easy setup!

Set up was extremely easy and I recieved a call immediately after setting up asking if I had any questions. So far the system and customer service is amazing.

A fantastic product at a Quality price

I was really hesitant to try another “Do It Yourself” install and wireless alarm company due to a bad experience of endless system failures and multiple false alarm Police calls with another service provider, however I am really impressed with Cove so far. What took me two hours and endless tech support calls with my previous provider resulted in an entirely different outcome with Cove. I needed no calls to Cove tech support at all. In fact I did it my own in less than 10 minutes! The user interface is easy and the alarm screen pad is designed around tech dummies like me and is very aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend Cove. Their customer service support reviews are 5-star rated and I can see why!

Received the system and installed in about 16 minutes!! Everything was connected easily and spoke to the rep who was extremely polite and answered all my questions. Great experience so far!!

Best switch ever....

Switched from one of those expensive providers and have been very pleased. The installation was a breeze. They were able to utilize some of my existing equipment and those were easy to connect to the system. Have called customer service twice and they were very helpful in answering my questions and super friendly. Would highly recommend.

We have never had a problem with Cove. Everything works great. We updated our account information today via phone and Customer Service (Laura) handled everything perfectly.

I cannot express how kind and helpful Tim was when i called. I was very upset on our call because someone had tried to break in to our house that day and since they did not enter no sensor was tripped, he was so understanding and helped me sort out how many glass break sensors we needed. He was so kind and is having them overnighted to us which is absolutely amazing. He made me feel so much better, after speaking to him it definitely solidified choosing cove for our house.

I have only been with Cove for two weeks, however their customer service has been top notch. I don’t regret switching companies at all based solely on the couple of interactions I have had with them!

Still getting use to having Cove but so far I must admit that I do love it! I feel safe & secure with it especially after my false alarms & the fact that they will contact you to assure all is well. Although you MUST give your safe word in order for the false alarm to be dismissed, otherwise the authorities will be sent. Cove gives you peace of mind that they are monitoring. I started out with one camera now I'm going to purchase a couple more!

When my order was pulled at the warehouse, somebody went on coffeebreak and missed pulling a couple of components. Well one phone call later and mild mannered "Clark Kent" looking customer service tech BEN, answers my FORLORN CRY FOR "HELP...IMMEDIATELY Ben springs into action, ripping off his disguise faster than a speeding electron and becomes SUPER CUSTOMER TECH !!!! Leaping over stacked headsets in a single bound, he ask "How can I help you ?" Ben listened and verified the order was indeed short components that should have shipped in the original order. In mere moments , Super Ben beat down the keyboard, defeating the rampant error...Shipping it out free to ensure that the customer(Me) would not be penalized by screw ups in the big bad warehouse and I would not have to give away hard fought for dollars for shipping when should have been originally was free in the beginning!!!! Super job, super save...way to make it right....this. is how it should be done, minus the melodrama that I had to add in for fun...Just remember one thing, THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM JUST LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND "BEN" was the one that took care of the issue...Cove has a super customer service crew...Great Job. Perfect system!!

Just got my Cove system last week and installed it. I absolutely LOVE it! So easy to install and use. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. I called them to order a fall pendant for my mom and it took about five minutes and it was on the way! Thanks Cove for making our family feel secure!!
