I’ve been using Cove for over 4 years and am very satisfied with the system and the support.
I’ve had zero issues with the system or the parts and it is functioning as expected to this day.
Support personnel are very attentive and I received a call every time when the alarm went off.
Recently I saw an unexpected increase of the bill and I called. The gentleman on the phone gave me more information about the bill increase, and resolved the issue within minutes.
I will be staying with Cove for the foreseeable future and highly recommend you getting one.
