Great Tech support
I upgraded my panel to the new Connect system. I could not get to connect to my router. I called Cove, and I got Thomas. He walked me through everything and got it working in a few minutes. He then offered to walk me through. Setting up all my sensors because they were the old ones we got that done, but a few would not connect. He said he was going to send me all new sensors and a smoke detector—everything I needed to get me up and running the way I should be. All they asked was for me to pay for the shipping for, like, 8 bucks. I said sure, and we should get them in a week to 10 days.
Now keep in mind I have the Cove+, so I get free replacements, but I liked the fact that Thomas stepped up and offered to take care of me to make everything right.
I highly recommend Cove.
