Mary did a fantastic job of rectifying a problem that caused me to cancel an original order. The problem was it wasn't made clear when ordering that the Cameras need WiFi to work with the system. Where I wanted the system has NO WiFi.. There was confusion when I originally spoke with representatives on the phone, hard to understand, and lot of background noise. Mary's Chat put answers to my question in black & white, no confusion there. Very helpful in making the decision to go with a system without cams. Mary able to re institute my order to the basic plan and arrange for return shipping of the cameras . Thank You Again Mary
