Called in for tech support because the serial numbers printed onto the sensors did not match the results. Chris was very quick to assist me with that and we got all 3 sensors working, quickly.
The Right Security System
The staff covering the system are very alert; my alarm goes off, and they respond quickly to make sure I am Okay. Cove's glass-break Sensors are sensitive though it can tell the difference between a window being broken and a broken plate. While the Motion Sensors are tuned for detecting humans, they ignore my overactive dog.
The system was easy to install; easier to operate, and for added security it has a backup battery that is capable of running for 24 hours.
Cove is the security system I have the confidence that it can effectively protect me and my home.

The following does not reflect against Nirry, because they were spot on with what I needed and helped me understand the system better, but about the policies and practices of Cove.
The only downside, as a veteran, I did not know about the Veterans Discount that they offered. So I missed out. When I asked about any other discounts that were offered to veterans, (i.e. free months, reduction in monthly payment, extra $5/monthly equipment reward) I was informed that I needed to have initially purchased my equipment as a veteran.
