I am new to home security systems. I had a couple technical issues come up during installation, but the tech support was fast, friendly, and very easy to understand. I would highly recommend this company and their products. I installed it myself, and it was straight forward on installation instructions. There are helpful videos on youtube on the entire system.

I have been unable to contact Cove for weeks...Until I spoke with AL. I was ready to cancel my service, but AL was so helpful that I decided to stay. Al is an excellent representative of Cove. He should be training others to perform their job as well as he does. He should receive a raise. Treat him well because he is your best employee!!!
