Addressed Equipment Return Issue

Had good experience with install and found I had unused equipment. Returned it for reimbursement. Refund was noted within 10 days of equipment receipt. Initial communications noted it had been received but after waiting 10 days no funds showed. Was able to resolve thru customer service and refund was processed correctly. Got a designated customer service rep to help resolve issue.

So at first

So at first. When I upgraded my system,I asked the rep.what do I have to do when I get the new system. The answer was. " nothing. Plug & play. We going to setup the system for you before sending them to you." And so that's what I did. I installed the hub. And connected the keypad and so forth. I couldn't get it to work. So I called customer service. And I learned form the rep, that I shouldn't install the system before talking to them. Long story short , the rep helped me with patience, accuracy, n demonstrate professionalism.
