Equipment arrived quickly and was easily installed. System interface is extremely easy to use. Had a false CO alarm the first night which brought the fire department at 2 AM. Received excellent customer service the following day as Cove Corrected the problem. My phone call was actually answered by a programmer, not someone in India! But, there was no follow up after that. Continued to have false alarms caused by my pet. Cove's assertion that animals under 40 pounds will not trigger the alarm is not true. My dog is 18 pounds and triggered it daily. Ended up returning the system.Would have been great, but not with a dog.. Cove refunded every penny I had paid meaning the experiment was completely risk-free. I found the people at Cove to be very honest and forthright and I highly recommend them

I used to have ADT but Cove has shown better customer service and pricing as well as all the options at a much superb level compared to ADT.

This is the best in the bizz. i was on my a## but they worked with me. oh yes they sent the system before i paid a dime to it. I am a ttuuck driver and they sent me a camara before the system got here. and tell you what this s$## is the tru. man i can arm and dis arm it from my phone. you can think what you want but i am 100 and this system is too. GET IT
So far the service and ease of use is incredible.
So far the service and ease of use is incredible. I was up and running in a matter of minutes. One slight glitch, and a quick call to support got it fixed. This is so much more that what I was getting with ATT at half the price. I have a fire detector, an emergency alert lanyard and two remote buttons all included in my bundle. Up front cost can be nothing if you want a contract, or ultra low monthly monitoring for payment up front for the equipment (as I did). I would recommend to anyone.
